Dinner includes: A night of southern hospitality....
* A light spritzer or iced tea upon arrival...
* Seating under string lights with soft music....
*A five course meal consisting of of:
Course one: Chilled Fire-Roasted Tomato, Red Pepper & Basil Gazpacho with Whipped Herb & Honey Goat Cheese Crostini
Course two: Charred Peach & Greens Salad with feta and candied pecans
Course three: creamed broccoli topped with Buttered shrimp.
Course four: House Coffee-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin, grilled with maple bourbon glaze, fresh charred lemon garlic green beans.
Course Five: Whiskey cake topped with sweet heat candied pecans & home made whipped cream and whiskey drizzle.
FINISH the evening off with a coffee from House of Bru's coffee truck and sit around the fire pits under the stars.
Coffee Roasting demonstration will be available for viewing. Fresh roasted beans will be available for purchase.

With that beautiful setting may come a few of nature’s guests: a curious bug, a gentle breeze, the sounds of nearby critters, changing temperatures, or other perfectly normal parts of an outdoor Texas evening. While we’ll do everything we reasonably can to make your experience comfortable and enjoyable, we can’t control Mother Nature — and we cannot guarantee a completely bug-, critter-, wind-, or weather-free evening.
We encourage you to dress for the season and the weather and come ready to relax, enjoy good food, linger around the table, and mingle a little with nature.
We’ll do our best to make warm evenings more comfortable with fans and airflow and chilly evenings cozier with outdoor heat when appropriate. But this is Texas, after all — the weather sometimes has plans of its own!
