UPON ARRIVAL... You will be served a "midnight holiday spritzer" and a nibble board will be brought to your table while other guests arrive...

A MOCKTAIL BAR WILL BE SET UP FOR THE EVENING..for safe driving..

Course 1- Whipped Ricotta Crostini...Toasted baguette rounds topped with whipped ricotta, caramelized onions, a drizzle of honey, fresh thyme, and cracked black pepper.

Course 2- Roasted Tomato Bisque...Roasted tomatoes, garlic, onion, and a splash of cream blended into a silky soup, finished with basil oil and a petite Parmesan crisp.

Course 3- Petite Wedge Salad...Crisp iceberg lettuce, smoky bacon crumble, Parmesan cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, and a creamy peppercorn dressing topped with green onion

Course 4- Red Wine-Braised Beef with Garlic Mash...Fork-tender braised beef chuck, glossy red wine-style gravy, whipped garlic potatoes, and honey-glazed carrots finished with fresh herbs.

Course 5- Dark Chocolate Ganache Tart...A crisp chocolate-cookie crust filled with silky chocolate ganache, raspberry sauce, and a delicate dusting of powdered sugar

THE FIRES (ALONG WITH COFFEE AND SMORES BAR) WILL BE GOING, PLUS CORN WHOLE, YARD CONNECT FOUR, AND TRIVIA FOR EXTRA ENTERTAINMENT... THE DANCE FLOOR WILL BE OPEN WITH A PLAYLIST OF  FAVORITE HITS FROM THE PAST TO DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY!!
